Bob Sorace began his career in Information Technology 1994. Working at a Los Angeles automotive dealership, Bob began creating automated processes using Microsoft tools to better manage dealer inventory. His passion for computer networking led him away from the automotive business and into his own consulting company that installed and supported Novell Netware Networks.

Bob then switched his focus to Microsoft technologies, where he excelled and acquired several Microsoft certifications. Bob put his newly acquired Micrososft skills to use at smaller companies, then moved on to much larger companies, such as Amgen Inc., Countrywide Financial, and KPMG. Bob also shared his knowledge with others, serving as a Microsoft Certified Trainer from 2000 to 2003.

During this time, Bob also acquired industry certifications from Cisco Systems and IBM.
